I`m sure we all remember the horrible tragedy this year with the shark tournament out of Jones Beach.I saw on the news last night that one of the family`s is going to file suit for 10 million buck`s because the tournament should have been canceled.I can`t believe someone would do this.I`m sorry but it`s not the tournament director`s fault.Whoever was in charge of the boat is the one responsible to make the decision to go out or not.Whenever it snow`s do you still drive? I think the county should close all road`s when it snow`s otherwise someone will sue them for not warning them about dangerous conditions.This is what lawyer`s have done to our society.They have ruined it.
