Eat fish!

I take those O3 pills every day. No questions it improved my Cholesterol. But yes, its all part of a good diet. I also eat a lot of oatmeal now too, veggies, fresh fruit. Haven't had a McDonald's burger in > 5 yrs. Hopefully I can avoid Lipitor.
