I am thinking about a new boat. I went to the N.E. Boatshow and saw what I want. An Eastern 22 Lobsterman. Too expensive (33,000 all rigged out) so I have been searching for a used Eastern 22. Looked at a couple. Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with Easterns???? Thanks for your help.

great boats, but you've got luck like mine. a friend sold his last summer all decked out for about 5 grand.......yeah i cried too

I have found 2 Easterns for sale in Mass. both 1990 hulls one with I/O one with outboard. Both about $15,000.00. I think I like the one with the 2000 115 Johnson but I am afraid of the gas tank (can't inspect it) any suggestions???

Close off the fill and the vent and pressure test it.
