Any suggestions or tips on tying an easy and strong dropper loop?

Yes...don't take too many turns and don't forget to wet it when tightening.

I turn the loop around the line 7 times and definitely be generoue with your spit as mentioned by DB

Make a loop in the line and twist the loop 6 times. Open one wrap of the twist and pass the loop throgh it and tighten. As someone said, make sure you wet the knot before tightening.

Okay, as for tying a rig for wreckfishing for seabass blackfish cod ling.. From striaght mono or braid line to mono leader...what are the knots and procedures in sequence for rigging using a banker weight and hook and pre-tied(single rig) or for the (pre-tied dropper loop double hook rig)? I think I need some help with the banker weight knot looped into the big main leaderloop.

You see it has been so long and I actually forgot how to tie up for wreckfishing. I got this far, I use a reverse albright knot to attach the mainline braid to about 8 ft. mono leader ,I than tie a double surgeons loop knot so that the loop is roughly 8" to 10" and from there I forget what my mate showed me on my first wreckfishing in well over 10 years. I know how to snell the hooks and make the leader loops and also know the dropper loop for leadering but I plum forgot after that! lol ..what steps follow for attaching the pre-tied rig and banker weight to the 8" to 10"leader loop?<<< see i'm not so proud!lol

went making a dropper loop all tuck on odd number of turns

5 or 7 you tuck on that turn. / 5 give you two turns on both sides / 7 give you 3 turns on both side/
