I fish on Staten Island and one of the most productive places to catch fish, especially fluke, is at great kills park, by the inlet. I found out they they are going to dredge the inlet to add another 4 feet to its depth. The dredging is going to wipe out EVERYTHING on the bottom. Is this going to have any effect on the fishing? They say they will begin dredging early spring.
