Nope- I saw them at the end of a video from (of all places) the WWF

I get emails from them and it was in a story about sustainable fishing....

'heres the link. I think it's somewhere in the NE Atlantic ( Europe)

Heres a European "lobster"-

And- heres a European "langostino" I think this is what it is?

on a second look- the claws are different than the first....

The first picture looks like an American (maine) Lobster I have no idea what the seond is but it looks like a shrimp. I have had the ones pictured in your original post in Spain, listed on the menu as langostino ( we all know how accurate menus are), which is why I assumed it was from the Med.

I actully have one of those pots.I won it at a lobstermens show in Mass a long time ago,i can't remember where it was built...i think scotland,but maybe norway.
