I tried following the directions posted on one of the Fishing reports to get to the dock in Manhasset Bay. But you can't make a left turn at the sixth light. What is the name of the street that goes to the dock?

From Port Washington Road (heading north from Northern Blvd) ...

Make a LEFT on MAIN Street. (The Town Dock is about 1.5 miles from there - right after R&G Bait & Tackle)

Try mapquest.com and enter the address for R & G Tackle as the destination.

If you are coming east from Queens you can make a left at the Amoco, right after Macy's in Manhattset, and follow directions to Leeds Pond (making a left) and will also bring you to the Dock.
