You do require to have a fresh water fishing permit, a NJ, PA, or NY license will do. You may be fishing on private land, but the river is not private. The river runs thru all three states. Don't save that few dollars and end up costing you a day going to court with a fine.
Delware river..I need help
I will be in barryville,NY camping this weekend on the Deleware river (northeast PA portion of the river). I never freshwater fish but what should I go for and what are some good versatile lures or baits good for this river?
