Anybody here try one and have review? I'm tempted. Part of me says I can do the job by just flicking the rod as I always have. However, after playing with one at a show recently I wondered if I could really twitch something ahead as small a margin with the rod as I could with the bar/reel. At $60 for the low end model, I'm close to giving it a go. Thoughts? I'm thinking of using it for slow presentations with braid. Predominately Jerkbaits and Carolina rigs. If you twitch a rod up, unless you reel in supper smooth as you lower the rod, you loose contact with the bait for a time. My thinking is the twitch bar eliminates this. Again, thoughts...
