Hi,

Thanks for the post. That is an excellent idea.

It can be done and would look great. My concern would be how it would hold up with a base ball hitting it.

I use 1/8" Electra Metallic Holographic braid. This material looks great in the sun light. Usually it is a spiral, chevron or double reverse chevron. A diamond wrap can also be done.

I would think about $20.

Thanks again.

I would hope you don't hit with a wrapped bat. Geez, if the bat broke that would really stink, eh? Or is it an aluminum bat? What length and weight? I'm just curious what bat you are using that's all. My favorite was the Black Magic Easton size 33" 30oz. I also like the OE Easton, Gold with Maroon lettering, 34" 31oz - even cut OE labels and taped it where the Easton label was, and cut 40oz and taped that over the 31oz mark on the bat. lol - I'm not kidding.

Neil, that looks sweet. The Candy Cane wrap.

Hi,

Why stop there!

Lets see, tennis rackets, golf clubs, walking sticks or canes, lacross sticks, hockey sticks, field hockey sticks, how about a dust mop stick in pink and white for the lil lady, pool cues and anythink else.

I'll never have time to go fishing!

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can go and buy a few Cape Fear blanks, and use them for test wrapping. This way when you wrap the Tennis rod handle, you'll have some pactice wrapping on an odd shaped object. Lol. Spend $200 on a test blank. Think the wife will buy that one? Me niether.
