LkyLindy, from what I could gather reading the article, it does not seem to be a big deal. It seems some clams got a little dirt inside them. They will either die or clean themselves out I guess. If some die, I'm sure others will fill in the void. However, if P.E.T.A. finds out, I would not want to be in there shoes, they will be called CLAM KILLERS!!!!!

Just my $.02

They do not want that cable running and will look for any reason to stop it's use. It is a battle of the ego's. If Connecticut was really concerned they would do something about the pollution coming out of their rivers and harbors which is killing the Sound. This is a political game going on. Next time you go to New London check out the outflows from the chemical plants goint into the river and out into the Sound !

WhoooAHHHH

Guys-
The whole ****(acceptable?) political situation is a mess.Every aspect of our lives is like a chess game between dueling political personalities. Recs vs Comms,NY vs Conn ,USA vs everybody. It's amazing that anything gets accomplished in this world esp. in our little fishing sector in the NE.Thats basically why Wall Street may as well be Las Vegas-Nobody can predict what will happen next. The so called experts pick stocks as well as any Chimp with a dart.Thats why the little guy always gets shafted(checked your 401 lately?)-Any way -Back to fishing......
