I usually catch and release, and rarely keep a bass, maybe 4-5 per year, so I don't want to start a whole catch and release thread, but just in case there are special circumstances, on a private boat, is it 1 bass per boat, per day or per angler per day? I always thought it was per angler but I just want to be sure.
