Hi, I am new to the forum. Wondering where to go for crappies around the northwest Boston area and what setup should I get. Thanks in advance for the info.

1/8th oz beetle spins oughtta do it, and will take some nice bass too. Wachusett Res. and the Charles River up by Waltham have plenty of the speckled beasts.

Thanks, Codfisha15. I remember seeing this picture on the Yankee Capts thread. I am putting away my cod jigging rod and Penn 113H reel, and getting ready for some "kid-friendly" fishing so the little ones can follow me...
