To be honest ???the traffic usually sucks on I-95 at rush hour.
But, lots of people are on vacation now so it might be lighter than usual.

Ken, We will probably be starting our second or third beers by 7:30 so that will still give you plenty of time to get there.

I'm in! I hope Gary can make it so we can toast to his operation's success. Never been to that place, but there is a Cookhouse in New Milford that has really good BBQ. Ken, I hope you can make it, it would be good to see you again. During rush hour I wold guess its about an hour from the Whitestone or Throgs neck bridges. At that time you might well be better off taking the Hutch/meritt parkway up and then cutting back down to Darien.

4 anyone from the "other side"....traffic isn't usually all that bad after 6pm as long as your getting off at exit 13.
By that time the majority of the traffic that usaully builds northbound from exit 10 up to exit 16 has moved up and into the Norwalk to Bridgeport area. There will be some traffic, but it will be moving ok.

Unless of course some idiot does something stupid and screws it all up.

I would love to join this shindig but my sister is in town from Paris and tomorrow night is the only one we can get her girls, Harriet's girls and my daughter together. There's a chance they'll go to a Hibachi restaurant and I could meet you all in Darien.

Will advise...although this place sounds too fancy for Pikers
