Hello fellow fisherman. I am 19 years old and I have been fishing with my father ever since i was maybe 10 or 11. I average about 10-15 trips on party boats a year. I've been from cape may all the way to new bedford mass. I never caught a cod fish 
I want to treat him to on of them cod fish trips but I dont know wheres the best place. Everyone talks about the helen-h but i hear there is a boat up there called big fish charters and they fish a different area and have a 6 man limit. The ride to fishing grounds is only an hour. the fare is 220 opposed to helen-h which is i believe around 140. Which do you guys think is a better boat. Also does it pay to go in the winter with the cold weather or is april and may's codfishing also good? Thanks in advance.
