Other than the Port Wash town dock & Hempstead park, any other decent places near northern Queens to get some beach/jetty/dock access?

Is anyone familiar with Steppingstone Park, and if so, can you go there at night?

What about the Leeds pond area- where does one park to hit the beach around there?

As far as Jamacia Bay, wherre are the productive spots and what hours can you hit them at?
