Went out yesterday for togs on the CQ. For 9 passengers, only two keepers were caught (mine was one of them) and a fair amount of shorts and a couple of cunner. Most of the fish were caught on the first spot, and the bite slowed down after about 10 or so. Capt. Desmond put in a lot of effort trying to get us over the fish, and even came down to fish with us while anchored. Both keepers were just over the limit and were identical in length and weight, so the pool was split between me and some other guy. Despite the limited success, it felt great to actually be catching something again after my failed attempts at floundering. <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=81925" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> |
