This is for all the Ceder beach Locals, how has the surf action been? i havent been there more than once this year and it was deal low tide so not much goin' on but has there been good action up there or just Robins and Porgies??

Caught my largest Bass at the end of Landings road at dead low tide a few years back. Don't let low tide fool you, I prefer a dropping tide by Mt Sinai. Still waiting on the cooler water temps.

normally im a surf rat, just so happens i was on my friends boat saturday. fished the cedar bar ,bunker chunks, bunker chum, even whole skimmer nada nothing not even a bit.

WHERE'S CEDAR BEACH? I ONLY KNOW OF THE ONE ON SOUTH SHORE,NEXT TO GILGO.IS THERE ALSO ONE ON NORTH SHORE?I ALWAYS THOUGHT THE CEDAR BAR REFERRED TO THE SOUTH SHORE.

North Shore Ceder Beach is in i guess Mt. Sinai/Sound beach Area...i just take 25A to Echo Ave. to North Country Rd, and go all the way down...
