Cod are back again and ling are very numerous on the 20 mile wrecks ( Capt. Lou caught 1000 ling the other day out there ) . Are whiting far behind ?
My boat is staying in the water this winter :)
So now its great fluking and then the blues/stripers come and then seabass /blacks/porgies and then cod/ling and maybe whiting.
It should be like this every year !
Keep supporting the Magnussen act.

You probably already missed the best codfishing of the year, though it may still last for another week or two. You won't see any better fishing during 2008.

I meant the winter of 2009 jan/feb/mar
