The reel has enough line capacity and max drag. But I don't recommend to buy a cheap reel for tuna anymore as all cheap reels showed problems to handle big fish like tuna in the long run.
The only reputable reel among cheap spinning reels was Cabo 80. But I can not recommend the reel for tuna either after I read Capt Eddie's(notable charter boat Captain out of Venice, LA) bad experiences with the reels. Shimano Saragosa is the minumum standard for tuna for me.
