It doesn't have to be complicated. Your will leaves everything to your wife or if she predeceases you to be divided equally between the kids. Her's says the same thing leaving everything to you. You both appoint as an executor someone you really trust. Make sure that someone witnesses each of you signatures on their respective wills, not each other. Get the person you appoint as executor to attest as a witness on both wills.
