We fish a few times a year with Tom Herlihy on Herl's Girl out of Star Island. He is known to be one of the best Striper captains out there. He is usually a wire guy but depending on whats going on we have done live bait too. Was never disappointed.

Capt Mark, is by far the best at bottom fishing, and one of the few that fishes year round....Though he's probably chartered already

I'm going to have to agree with Dsedy here....I'm at Westlake Marina all the time and Capt. Steve from "Top Hook" charters always finds the fish.
