I went to Cabo San Lucas this past week for the 1st time , what a beautiful place !
Did 2 trips, one off-shore with Bajas Raiders setup by Mary of the the Flyhooker and also one on a panga setup by Mary also. Bajas Raiders had a nice 31ft boat , clean , nice layout and good equipment also.
The fishing was slow that week, on the off-shore trip we caught a skipjack tuna and saw one marlin.
On the panga we caught 5 or 6 fish , nothing of any signifigance.
Was hoping to catch a marlin , never caught one before, but just being on the water in such a beautiful place was worth it. We also saw alot of whales.
The off-shore trip was only $450 , how do they make money on this ??? We ran 50 minutes to the grounds and 40 minutes back and we trolled non-stop for the 6 hours we were fishing.
