"bulk soft plastic"
When I lived in Dallas, I use to shop at a place in Richardson, TX called the Tackle Box. The name has changed to Barlow's Tackle(Bill Barlow is the guy who started the business). In addition to the name brands, they made a lot of their own plastics and had very reasonable prices. Must were clones of the name brands. Most of their stuff was for freshwater bass and stripers. They did carry a lot of saltwater gear. The website is www.barlowstackle.com.
