Anyone know when Bombardier started doing the production on the Johnson line. Got a good deal pending on a new 2001 leftover not sure if I should go for it. Bombardier claims they will honor warrenties for one year from purchase date back to the 2000 model year. Never owned a Johnson past years been a Merc. owner. Any comments on going with a 2002 instead.

thks,for all the feedback the dealer claims a 5 yr. extended warranty is available for $550. just need to get the warranty details, but sounds like a winner to me.
Gotta luv the price on the leftover!
