boat pulls starboard. moved trim plate too samething .trim it up a little and rides better should i move the pin up one hole

Trimming up or down shouldn't be the problem I don't think. It should be the zinc trim tab.

What kind of boat is it?
Do you have an inboard fuel tank?
Can it be leaking gas into the hull and eating the floatation?
