Makos should be around and maybe some bluefin! Don't know if Block has any charter boats, but maybe one of the Montauk boats would be willing to pick you up at Block.

BLOCK ISLAND
I WILL BE SPENDING A WEEK ON BLOCK ISLAND AT THE END OF JUNE, WANT TO FIND OUT IF THERE ARE ANY GOOD CHARTER BOATS DOCKED THERE.I HAVE DONE MANY TRIPS ON THE DAYBREAKER OUT OF MONTAUK, BUT MOSTLY OFFSHORE TRIPS IN THE LATE SUMMER AND FALL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON THE ISLAND, ARE THERE CHARTERS DOCKED ON THE ISLAND? WHAT MIGHT BE SWIMMING AROUND THAT TIME OF YEAR, MAKOS?. WOULD PREFER TO DO SOME OFF SHORE STUFF, BUT ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL. WITH THIS WET COLD SNOW COMING DOWN I NEED TO BE THINKING ABOUT FISHING!
