I have been reading alot about a possible complete blackfishing closure for either this year, or next. We have to stop letting the National Marine Fisheries Service punish the Recreational Fisherman for the wrong doings of those fueling the live fish market. To make matters worse, I don't know of too many people who had a bad blackfishing season this past fall.
