Black Sea Bass

Any sea bass pros out there want to take a stab at this;
Up here in NH we have been getting more and more sea bass up here during the late summer. No doubt they are expanding their range with the warm water the past few years. I am wondering if the main migrations are north south or east west at the northern end or their range. Is there a temp that these fish start moving at or do they just follow the bait The only ones I have caught have been bycatch from striper fishing and I don't know much about them other than they are tasty little buggers. I would like to target them on a couple of trips this summer if I can find them,NH has no bag limits or size limits on sea bass and when I have asked the game wardens about limits I get blank stares.
