im booked on the big jamaica 9/24 for the overnighter. anyone else from the site going?

ill be there with two other people.

anyone know anything about the boat or have any tips for the big jamaica. (ie arrive extra early, bring toilet paper. etc. that kind of thing.

hope the tuna are biting.

You can't catch whats just not there. This year will go down as the worst Tuna season in recient memory, at least as far as YF and Albies are concerned.

I want to point out that they called yesterday from Bogan's office with more than 24 hours to cancel tonite's trip on the Jamaica and that helped me avoid a lot of unnecessary packing.

Of course the fishing can turn on-let's see what happens after this nasty blow.

Theres always a chance that the bite may pick up, but

Many very good Capt's that i know seem convinced that our lousy YFT and Albie season is because of some sort of migration change. If thats the case then then the chances of it picking up is slim to none.
