hey, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE BeST ROD AND THE BEST REEL for fluke fishing not to exspenive tho im lookin not to spend over $200 for combo

I use a Penn 310 with 10 lb test and a 5 ½ foot light action rod. The reel is about $85 and the rod was about $20. I you want to spend more on the rod I would suggest the same size and action in a Shakespeare Ugly Stick, about $50.

Fluke combo

I use the BWC1120 5'6" Ugly Stick (7 guides), Abu Garcia 5600 or 6600 spooled with PowerPro. Total under $200. Used this setup for 3 years now, liked it so much I just got 2 more setups the same way.

At a seminar last year,my wife won a nice medium action rod in a raffle.Well i went to the back and bought her a Penn 310 GTI for it,loaded it up w/ 20# Yo-zuri Hybrid.She loves the outfit.
Me,I use mostly a Penn 209 w/ 30#ande,on a cheap Penn Long beach rod.
Going to upgrade that rod soon.I have a bunch of 209's and use them for most of my bay fishing.

the bass pro shop rod is hard to beat for around thirty bucks, and any of tthe reels mentioned above should do the trick.

I like the Abu 6500 series with a 7ft St Croix (MH). Great inshore combo. I lke the ABU EON too. I picked the EON 6500 up for $81 bucks....sweet. I spool with Fireline 30 lb test.
