I like All American..


Mel's Dinner in San Fransico
Jackson Hole on the side of the GCP or Bayside

There was a dinner by me in Queens that made a great burger but has closed down a few years ago...The BullBurger...Sunnyside up egg,B,L,T,Mayo,Cheese,Onion ring...we would stop in there around 3-5am after club hoping to grab this Monstrosity of a burger.

:(having grown up in Massapequa, I'm partial to an All American Burger, a Quarter Pounder w/cheese please.

Then moved further east, Good Steer in Lake Grove was superb, with their onion rings on top.

Since moving up to CT, have not found as good a burger place yet :(:(:(:(:(:(

A long time ago I worked at the Ground Round, Farmingdale. (no longer there) It was not a "company store" but a private franchise. They made the burgers fresh by grounding the sirlon used for steaks and adding just enough fat from other cuts.

If a burger is too lean it loses it's taste.

They were GREAT!!!
