I neeed beach buggy help. I purchased a new truck this year and would like to fit her with a new front cooler rack system. I know about Vesco but they are way way to pricy ( quoted $710.00 at outdoors show).Who out there knows of anyone else who fabricates thes racks at a more realistic price.Thanks in advance . GOT BEACH!

I just love the 7000. I can`t wait to start using it again. Do you know if you can use a bracket with that reel so you don`t have to use the reel seat? It feels a little loose on my rod. I don`t care for the reel seat on that rod anyway. The Newell I gave you had the bracket like I am looking for, for the 7000.

Yeah ,that's my rig.Made by Vezco.Although you might say its pricey I thing its worth every penny.Aluminum made very light, easy to take of and put on.Plus it comes with lock brackets so you can lock it up (you can buy it from them or on your own).As said in previous post its going to run you $500 + no matter where you get it (for this setup) so might as well go with the best.

This is a triple rack with two 25 and a 90 quart cooler plus six rod holders.

and they are sweet! you will not see
them up here, but are popular on the
outer banks of nc. go to

there you will see pictures of these
racks. i spent about 400. for mine-i
got the 6 rod holder and cooler rack
combo. i have gotten alot of compliments
on it. they look great and work well.

i have a large 3 compartment vezco
i use it to keep my waders,wetsuit and plug bag out of my truck i also have one of the saddle coolers rig up as a live well for my eels and have keep up to 100 eels alive while going up to the cape and montauk
if you dont have one you wont miss it
but once you get one you wont want to be without one

Fish n mate makes racks also. The fit in a 2 inch front mount hitch I have one and it is great. 10 rod holders and a 94 qt marine igloo. The whole thing cost me less than 450 with the hitch also. fishnmate.com I think The one I have is the surfmateII 279.00 and the hitch was 109.00 plus shipping
