My son and I, and a copule of other guys have been out in Montauk for the past week and decided to go try to catch some Montauk bass. We charted two nights of bass fishing with Captain Mike Elling on board the CUJO out of Star Island Marina. The first night we caught 8 keeper bass three over 40 inches and the second night we caught are limit with 10 keeper bass with a couple over 40 inches. We also had 4 keeper bass at one time on one umbrella rig which was a site to see. The bass were every where from bottom to top we saw them up on the surface tailing and marking cows on the bottom a copule which busted off and we were the only boat out there. Great captain and great crew from the mate on his back kicking his feet in the air crying laughing after we caught 6 bass in one pass to the captians dog getting off the leash and attacking the bass in the ****pit it was the best bass fishing i have ever been apart of in my life by far. Here are some pictures i wanted to share
