I was trying to get there this morning but I noticed that snow fences have blocked most of the paths that were there. I needed to jump down to get to the water! Does anyone know if the State is trying to prevent fishing in that spot, or just allow the rock climbing types. I'm too old for that!

I answered my own question.
I called them and they said that the fences are there to prevent people from falling off the steep drop off. Oddly, they blocked one path that I used whenever I fished there making me use a more diffcult route... at 4:00am.
But, they have no problem with anyone being back there, until the piping plovers decide to start building condos.
