Keeping it short

Hit the edge saturday, Sunday conditions awesome. Landed 20+ yellows ranging from 30-60 pounds, 1 white marlin release, and some big bull mahi to top the trip off. Tons of life, and bait on the surface. The night bite is starting to happen finally. We jigged up 2 yellows at night and had some other tuna run offs also.

THE Key was to stay on top of the BONITO and to pick through them, and the larger yellows showed up in the spread fish were feeding on small silver rain bait stomachs were packed with them.

heading back out to the edge tuesday, wednesday hopefully.

wed forecast

I am itching to get back out. We scratched out two decent trips this season so far and planned for a wed/thu trip.

Are you guys really comfortable with this forecast? Especially with a front coming?
