Fished the back waters of the bay yesterday morning from 5:30-7:15. Incoming tide made for a slow morning. Tried swimmers, bucks and storms w/ the occasional popper mixed in. Raised one fish on a swimmer. Did see a seal by the wantagh bridges. Water was quite cool. Waiting for the tide to change to fit my schedule. Still looking for the first bass of the season. Any day now!
