Just a reminder that during April and May… The Largemouth and Pickerel season is closed. Also… Caution: Wading from on the Western portion of the pond is very dangerous. The mud is incredibly soft and if you take two steps forward… expect to be sucked down to your waist (I should know because yours truly experienced the mishaps). However, the North side of the lake (parking area) is fishy and wadeable.
