Curious As Well

Has anyone been out Fluke fishing with them since the "CLOSURE" Based on reports it appears Fluke are nothing more than a by catch and it appears they are not even targeting them

fluke are all over the place it's hard not to catch. I had 2 on Sat. in FI inlet on clam bellies and I saw several thru the day come over the rails of different boats. Who's going to pay a party boat for catch and release fluke.

I don't know how the tuna trip went, but know for a fact that the Laura Lee has been enjoying plenty of action but struggling to find 20.5" keepers on their RSA trips for fluke. The ocean bite came to halt when the tropical front came through just after Labor Day.

No reports on their thread. I'm hoping to go in October too. Night bite has been off but hope they found the fish.
