Hi,
I am thinking about taking my 22' boat to Great Bay on coming Sunday. I never fished here but I got my boat this year so I am trying to stay in the bay area. Is this good fishing location for begginer?
If not, any better location? Any advise on where I should go?
Any tips or input will be a great help.

I think so it's right below little egg harbor near Mystic island.

The Great South Bay is between Long Island and Fire Island

You can launch it on the Chestnut Neck marina right off the garden state parkway on the mullica river. From there you can go directly into the great bay or you can stay in the mullica. Very little boat traffic and some of the most beautiful water in the state.
