I heard surf fishing is great with a noreaster -- but where is it good during a noreaster?? South shore? Montauk? Where at Montauk?

Hello Pete,
That's a very good question!

If you plan to fish the "South Shores"... It's always better to catch the first few hours before the water starts to turn (brown)!

Also, if you plan to fish Montauk during a Noreaster...Work the front (Bluffs, Scotts and the Light)! Your best windows are during the "flood" tide!

Also, if you have an "ebb" tide... Think Shagwong, North and False Bar!;)

Hope this helps. :)
