Was still breaking in the new boat today & had one of the best trips in the past two years! Fished 5am till around 2. First we filled the livewell in one throw of the net. It was real windy so we went all the way in the back and scored two nice bass that we kept for dinner.

Then we ran out to the ocean & chased birds scoring a ton of blues on diamond jigs & flies, all released. We still had around 40 bunker left so we anchored up at another spot and chummed like crazy. Before long the reels were screaming every 5 minutes! We caught around 10 more bass up to 20lbs and a few more blues, all released.

Just had an amazing day on the new boat (Bass Appeal IV), and even got to see the space shuttle sitting at the airport.
