read and watched my share of books/videos. nothing works better than just going no matter the tide and keeping a log. everyones an expert until they get conditions they haven't seen b4. which includes quite a few of those kind of publications. after a while the log will contain answers to all situations. and your right they should be no label expert or otherwise cuz its fishing, just when you think you have it down, ya get the curveball.

mytiju - you said alot.there's no substitute for putting your time in and hard observation.there's always something to learn.sometimes you can pick things up at seminars,and by approaching the right people.i found even the laptew tapes were just something to fill the void during down time,like a book,story or work of art. there's no "expert" that wasn't driven and did'nt put the time in.that's where the real knowledge is gained.
