Accurate 870 /665 two-speed come with ball handles. Some like it and some don't like it.
I saw on Allcoast a guy put Penn Int'l 16VSX knobs on Accurate 665. He said the total cost is about $10.
I think it is a good option for those who don't like the original ball handles.

for only $10 that is a very good option, though I think the power handles are better and feel better. I have not used to ATD handle, though it sticks out father so I think it might make the rod/reel unbalanced. is there really nothing that needs to be done for it to fit??? do the larger penn VSX handles fit?

The little ball is awful if you are jigging for a long time, or fighting a big figh.

Does anyone know whether other handles will work (the ocean handle comes to mind)

Thanks for the heads up on this. I actually ordered the knob assy. Part number was 25-113hn. Hope its better then the original t-handle/powerball knob on my 270 and 870.

This is the handle made of dual bearing with the shaft, I use for all of my Accurate & Shimano Ocea Jigger reels, it's advantage is that I don't have to wear glove even jigging a 500g jig. absolutely smooth and comfortable.
