9/11 Heroes and Victims

Just wanted to take a minute to remember the heroes and victims of a year ago. God bless them all and God Bless America.

I don't know about anyone else on this board, but I'm not ready to "turn the page" or "move on". I'm madder than ever and can't wait until we get even. For the life of me I can't understand how those liberals can stand there and quibble and debate over whether we should go into Iraq. What are they waiting for, the next attack. Then they'll blame the President for not doing more to prevent it.

The best thing that can come from the memorial services today is a new reslove to get up off our butts and hit those animals before they hit us again.

Sorry for the soap-box, but I just can't stand to hear the names being read (I'm listening right now), knowing we may never do anything about it. I put a good deal of time in at Gound Zero, and just can't, and don't want to, let it go.

Am I the only one that feels this way?

I know how you feel because I feel the same way. I came upon this link that has a slide show..it takes a little while to load, but it captures the horror and heroics of 9-11-01.
There are some disturbing photos, so be forewarned. The final few slides sum it up for me.
