I'm not an expert on marine biology, or the variables that determine the age & size distribution of striped bass, but I'll tell you this:
Sign me up for whatever it takes to bring back the big bass!! If it's one at 36, or ten at 18. Just promise me that the sacrifices made by one sector won't be scarfed up by another user group.
