well, there's always next year. Maybe i'll move away from the tourist packed half and full day trips in june, july and august, and start actually winning pools and getting high hooks that mean something. Oh well, at least I beat bob (Codkiller)....

here's my gameplan for this year: 1 full day in april or may. One marathon in june, 15 full days in july and august, one marathon in september, one full day in october. My tourist killing scheme; there's just nothing liek taking money from acomplete googan, soothes the soul.

Capt.
I make up a few every year mostly for funzzies. They are machined out of solid brass and nickel or gold plated. I also make up one for the Bunny Clark fisherman of the year every year with the BC engraved on one side and the angler's name on the other. That said they are very good jigs for catching cod and pollack when they are chasing bait, Best fish caught on them so far
is a 44lb cod caught last month on the Petrel.

Capt
Just discovered some private e-mails that were sent to me awhile ago, your was among them, computer won't let me reply for some reason. To answer you question about the red fuzzy things on the trebles, they are 15 mm chennile stems available in most craft stores, just wrap them around the treble . They also hold scent very well if you are into that stuff.

Here is the other side of Fred Kunz's
BC fisherman of the year jig for any of you that were curious. When finished the eyes will be filled with epoxy.

Capt I returned your PM but it may not get thru my firewall. If you don't get it I have put an e-mail address in my profile.
