Th3e boat was used by NC Conservation and Waterways, to check the marshes and sewer out flows. It didn't get much love. i dont think its been in the water for about 5 years.
The site has some updated info,it says the engine was submerged for years,I would think that the inside of the hull must be all rotted out if it had water in it for years
