I keep getting calls from this number at the most rediculas times of the day. 5am, 1:30am and so on.

I'm on the Do Not Call list yet this "Marketing" 217 633 4178 keeps calling. I answer and no one is on the other line. I call back to let em have an earfull, and don't even get a ring tone, just silence.

Anyone else get this? What can I do legally to stop this chit?
They just got me out of bed and now I'm p.o. and can't get back to sleep.

Sorta like all the junk emails I'm getting as text messages on my cell phone..........

The Do Not Call list is a dam joke........

....when you add you number to it, seems you get more calls. It's kinda like "unsubscribing" from junk emails......you keep getting more........

H'mm that interesting, I think I've only gotten one junk e-mail on my phone in tha last 5 years or so. Your phone number must have made it so kind of "send crap here" list.

Too many exceptions allowed, for example if you have an Amex card they can call you to sell anything, or you bought your Chevy at a dealership they can call.

I heard something on the new abouts six months ago. They said that you must resubmit to THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

They said that over a period of time, I can't remember how long,that you had to reapply or you would be dropped.

I signed up in the very beginning and it is starting to happen to me.

SO I must have expired.

I called the number Jessilee listed and got a voicemail. I left a message asking if they were aware of what was going on. I wish I could find the home number to the clown. I'd call him every time I head out for a morning fishing trip...4am.
