ran out this morning in the pea soup... only to find a nice 4-6 foot roll..anyway the macks are in and macckkss got in on it. (get the play on words..lol)..read the fish 35-50 ft down solid bite once you got on a school which are not huge..made about 10 0r 15 drifts many many 4,5 on at a time and very mixed size from 8 inches to 18 inches..5 bushels in 2 hours for 2 of us and my partner put 2 bluefish in the boat...big ones around 10lbs..i did not get any but i did get a dogfish on a jig ..bfd..i know.. get out there and get some bass and shark bait. my sources to the south tell me the mudhole down to ocean city nj are all catchin em so there will be a few more weeks... remember max's mackeral formula ...forget the water temp..forget the weather when the rangers miss the playoffs its time to catch mackeral... go devils... ps another source told me the tog bit good to the east.. <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=21270" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> |
